The Park sits on 27 well-maintained acres and has spacious full hookup 50 amp sites with mature trees, flowers, and grassy areas. The sites we’ve earmarked for tiny homes range from 2,000 – 3,500 square feet, with your tiny home facing treed and grassy areas instead of a neighboring site.

We recently installed a large dog park to go along with our existing pickleball courts, coin-op laundry, shower and bathroom facilities, and lily pond with gazebo. We will create a community garden in Spring 2025, and are in the planning phases to design & build a large community commons building by 2026.
Community and Safety
Our park is removed from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns and offers you an opportunity to help build a new tiny home community in a safe and secure environment. Within walking distance is Hiouchi Hamlet, a market and gas station with a deli, large selection of dry goods and alcohol; and the Hiouchi Cafe, which serves breakfast and lunch.
